Oh Microsoft. How the mighty have fallen. I wish Intel had a real alternative to Windows. The truth is they don't. So even if MS pulls a Pentium 4, Vista, and Itanium fiasco combined into one, they have to stick with them.
Touch is really nice on Windows 8. Except there are still not a lot of models with Touch. So what may be happening is older hardware without Touch is being ignored, or in the worst case being returned while the limited touchscreen models are getting all the attention.
