You are still trying to change the discussion. You are the one who said they have purposely allowed others to spend and prove those properties inferior.
It wasn't on purpose it was a result of HKHE not closing which the company bent over backwards to achieve.
You can keep repeating yourself but it doesn't change the fact that they didn't have some grand plan to not close HKHE so that others would spend money on their projects and prove Niostar superiority.
They wanted to close and they put in a 1 year exclusive trying to close but HKHE couldn't and finally SRSR moved on.
They obviously would have preferred to close even when it ould have saddled them with a inferior deal to what they have now.
There was no plan to not close Niostar and be patient for this deal and allow others to spend on their properties. Those things happened out out of not closing HKHE which SRSR would have preferred to do.
