I will tell you something else also.
A while back I looked into the subsiduaries for HESG and INV ( UTEK) there was a connection to Vietnam in one of them I do not remember which now been so long.

So check this out we have

Health Sciences Group inc Newport Beach CA
Health Sciences Group inc Sattelite Beach FL
Health Sciences Group inc Saigon Vietnam

So now 3 of the 4 branches of Health Sciences Group have been revealed.

The 4th was to deal with acquisitions or mergers that did not go well. That had something to do with the failed Medco deal and several others.

PS Not all penny Stocks are like this , some are worse , but not usually this complex.

One thing is for sure I am sure the paper shredder was or is doing overtime lol!!!
