I have a serious question for anyone or everyone.
What do you do for tennis elbow or tendonitis? I have been suffering all week with it and I am getting conflicting opinions on whether to use heat or ice.
And no....I haven't been playing tennis but I think this is what tennis elbow probably feels like.
