Warning-Website is a FRAUD.
You know why I know it's a fake site? Because it's totally ridiculous. Think about it. This is a no bid, shell. There has been NO BUSINESS ACTIVITY behind this symbol for 3 years.

Then, all of a sudden, out of the blue, up pops a website claiming to be Health Sciences Group that looks like a clone of another website Zenetek (click on icon) that is connected to Kaloca Holdings, with all this generic information. If you go to the Zenetek/Kaloca website and click on home, click on the G+ at the bottom. There you will see a pic of some dude, probably the scammer.

Think about it. All of a sudden, there's a new "CEO" named Robinson To. But the 15-D filing was done by "G. Smith". Do you think either of these people exist? Just try contacting them. This is a scam out of Newport Beach CA. But the address listing of the website is Vietman. I bet you that address is bogus, and the Vietnam phone number listed is bogus. It's easier to post a Vietnamese address/phone number than a US one because it's easier to scam people that way. Probably nobody will try and call that number. The connection to Zenetek proves that Nguyen is involved. Perhaps he is the real scammer behind this. Is that his pic? Maybe.

It doesn't take a genius to quickly copy over the template of a website from Kaloca Holdings, copy and paste info from different sources on the web, stick in a few words about Health Sciences Group, Robinson To, fake emails, phone number...and BAM. A website that is there to deceive people into believing that there is actually some business activity behind the symbol.

This is a scam and someone is trying to make a lot of money by deceiving others here.

Hey Neo I tried them all and got failures to deliver for the ones on the new HESG website. I also tried sending one using the emails from Zenetek listed under partners on the new HESG website I clicked on the logo on the new website for them it took me to their site Zenetek IT Solutions,

Hello,

I wanted to wish you luck with the new venture HESG Health Sciences Group INC.

The new website looks great!

There has been much speculation about what has been happening with this for some time I am glad to see that it is making progress.

I was hoping you can tell me if we can expect a press release anytime soon or company update anytime soon to clarify the many questions that a lot of us have?



1. Are you still pursuing the Medical Marijuana Business?

2. Is Tom Gaffney still with the company ?

3. What is the actual share structure, different websites have conflicting information ?

4. Has there been a merger or aquisition or was the company bought outright?

5. What are the companies plans for the future ?
