Thats what I did. Write it off bc its just going to be a huge let down if it doesnt work out. Its safer that way on the emotions of it. If it goes through then even better.
I dont think this is anyone's fault. I dont think that anyone in current management knew what the problem was and they found out afterward. I do feel they are doing everything in their power to keep this alive an going and to go through fwiw. They have shown us thus far they are doing everything possible which is good bc a lot of other managers would of left this in the dust.
My ratio of seeing this work out has gone up since yesterday. I think there will be a union between JAQC and APKN and we should see it by Jan.
Yep, we definitely are in the dark about a lot of things but this is the way I see it......basically FINRA needs to approve all corporate actions, including mergers, so right now the most pressing issue is getting the merger of JAQC and APKN approved by them. Everything else is inconsequential if this merger is not approved.
