Only if your account isn't set up to buy penny stocks. You have the call and tell them and they will ask you a few questions. I think it's to make sure you understand the risk with these type of stocks!!

14 yrs. w/TDA...Big Board, NASDAQ,AMEX, OTC...online..$9.95 per trade...no special conditions or set-up,... L2, all the bells and whistles on superior trading platform...never a problem..they're the biggest...don't know why people mess with smaller, costly, rinky-dink brokers....maybe it's because I was an APEX level customer, prior to Ameritrade's buy-out of TD Waterhouse...they treat me like a king..love 'em
