The prediction of the $2.75 s/p comes from the *assumptions* listed in the bankruptcy reorg document yielding a 200M award, 82 going to common share class 6 stockholders, in total awar was closer to 300M when repaying notes to JPM, matrix, wells, and who ever else is listed in those bullets PTS on pgs 14-15
Obviously these are all terms or demands rather which can change during negotiations or court hearings. If amount changes - anywhere - share price changes in suit.
