the purpose of a settlement is to come to agreeable terms REGARDLESS of a 3rd party adjudication

then you follow that up with the settlement is contingent on the 3rd party adjudication.....how can it be regardless but yet contingent at the same time?

yes the 200 million was conjured up by Guy and our lawyers as to what they want as a settlement and what they would be willing to take right now........if the judgement comes in our favor then we gain leverage and can go for more.......if the judgement comes against us then we lose all leverage and its game over.
