lmao 1 for 10 R/S? float is tiny enough, only 6M + They just did a R/S recently so why even bring up R/S at this point?

The stock is trading above $1 and has yet to fall below it, R/S is not going to happen anytime soon...

I would be more worried about public offerings(dilution) or CH 11 BK, if that even happens of coarse.
