Yes he did. Didn't get that the first time on the phone, but I got it on the second time I listened to the recording.

Great. So I don't have to listen to it again.

And I must say that the second time I listened to the recording, I felt much better than the first time.

It wasn't such a bad CC. Just the dilution/financing shares issue.
