I will give you the number and you can call the IR department just as I did - [phone]. This is Phoenix AZ, you will be prompted for which department you need to speak to - IR is option 1 and you will be connected.

Ask her or him whomever answers if Southern Copper is in negotiations or preliminary talks to purchase a gold mining company. They should ask you what company you are calling about and tell them Southridge Minerals - and you will get a baseless rumor response just as I did over the phone and as nodummy received via a written (email) response.
