While it may work out Scott has been trying to find money for several years now with out success. That lack of success may collide with what is going on in the market place to provide a better deal but it hasn't been a slow and patient approach as he would have closed with HKHE if they would have had the funds.
He would have already closed with this Chinese group if he could have.
Your making it out like there has been some purposeful plan to wait and be patient for the right deal and that is totally untrue.
The fact that HKHE couldn't manage to put together 5.5 million dollars did us a favor but it wasn't some genius management move it was dumb luck. Heck they wanted that deal so bad the kept an exclusive with them for an virtually a year!
Portraying it as some management strategy if brilliance is total BS.
