That's why it's not a short report. By definition, real short sales are FTDs that are sustained. That's why the OTC Market figures are the only reliable ones.
BTW, shouldn't you be posting an IRP disclosure?

And even the disclosure you do give on your website does not meet the requirements of the Securities Act which specify you must say who is paying you to promote EVCA. Just saying a "third party" is insufficient.
