What's the reason for denial?

I really don't know at this point but I'm glad this bs is over with. Momenta now can decide if it wants to be a real Bio Company and get its ass in gear.

The CACF did not give a reason for the ‘en banc’ denial, nor are they required to do so. If the majority vote (or a tie, in this instance) was opposed to a rehearing, that’s sufficient to deny.
