I see it as VERY SMART AND WEALTHY MEN, WORKING FOR FREE for the time being as they have plans for the future... men like this don't donate time unless they see a future for the company... all I can see is in 3 months, Jerry has done more to clean up smdi than Pauly did in Years... good sign...
