Thanks Rick. it seems that they do close deals. It is an assumption to think the the remaining 6.0 million will go to MDMN but it is a logical conclusion. Being a private company the only way I can see us benefiting from this deal is that Alluvia will directly own Medinah and have it as part of its portfolio when it IPOs.(and that is another issue by itself time wise) If MDMN remains the child company of Amarant, a private company, I fail to see how the SP will increase.
