yes by constantly digging and asking each other the right questions, we may have figured out how this process works. I believe now to know why we see those large waves of selling every 2 to 3 months but not exactly periodical with apparently random amounts of shares, sometimes very large like back in July sometimes smaller like late Oct/early Nov. B/c there is no 1%-of- O/S limit per q that restricts the selling of those unregistered unrestricted shares as we thought it would be that would result in a more periodical pattern. The shares come and go in medium-size batches as disclosed in the 8k. No restrictions as to max amount and when they can be sold as long as they are unrestricted. No restrictions as to how many "affiliated partners" and up to 35 unaffiliated ones can receive the shares. That's why Rule 506 is called a "safe haven" for issuers of unregistered shares.

The only limit is the existence of the contracts which tend to be entered once every few months, be it CF2, PF3 or WSPS1. Once they are entered, things go by Plan A. JMO
