I agree Eye, many Baltia investors on here have expressed concerns over the cash spending and increased authorized shares. Some have even expressed concerns over "tape painting" recently. You guys can quibble all you want about the little daily ups and downs of the pps...bottom line - YTD, this stock is down 70%. Potential investors take note...

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain - this stock can only go down, IMHO (I know that’s hard to believe at this point).
