Aside from any legal action from with in Valcom , my company is suing VV for non payment of professional services .

elkonig, I'm guessing you are speaking of the deal with Energy Quest. I did a little research into it. VV pulled in 90K through his contacts to EQST. The CEO for EQST, RF, pulled out after receiving funds. Looks like EQST took the money and ran.

Sounds like a decent hire to me. VV didn't even chase after EQST with a lawsuit, despite having a contract with them.
