That might be a good rational/argument for indications with effective 2nd line and 3rd line treatments - even in those cases subsequent treatment imbalance can be analyzed to see if they had effective on OS - but in GBM, there isn't any approved 2nd line treatment except Avastin, so that rational/argument doesn't work here.
