And also illegal in both civil and criminal terms.

Whenever a CEO tries to stop someone from expressing a negative view on a stock by threatening a lawsuit, or encouraging their "supporters" to harass that person by other means, then you know they have something big to hide.

I wonder what it is that MMRF's CEO Lorsch is trying to hide?

Interestingly I've already had a number of threatening and abusive private communications resulting directly from my three posts on the MMRF MB, presumably from MMRF employees or MMRF agents.

Kinda reminds me of that excellent film, Bad Day at Black Rock.

I wonder what guilty secret the good burghers of MMRFville are trying to cover up?
