I take it you don't give MNTA very good odds to have the ridiculous CAFC decision to be reversed?

While I agree that the decision seems wrong and should be reversed every Sunday I watch 10 replays that I think should be reversed and I'm not batting 500.

I would put the odds of it being reversed similar to betting black or red at the casino. In my investing world a reversal would be a surprise, but not something I'd invest in.

I'd have to believe that there are a lot of insiders somewhere along the way that know whats going on with both copax and enox and the stock price probably reflects their opinion.

Not true.

En banc should reverse and IF they do not, the SupCt should reverse.

It is horrible that the grant of safe-harbor for development of data for presentation to the FDA should be turned into free use of a patent for commercial production.

But keep in mind that a majority (2:1) found otherwise. So we cannot have great confidence in making these predictions.
