A decent company would pay their bills and not force creditors to sue them to get money owed. HHSE accepted the goods or services and didn't pay. How would it feel if they owed your business or family $572,819 and you couldn't pay your bills because of them? A real upstanding company HHSE is. Just more confirmation of their questionable character, as if it wasn't already widely known.
