NPP is out of business. Though I am told MMR still does a small amount of business with some partners of NPP. Though with the Visi deal recently announced for a min of 1275 Pro's, that deal has been replaced and then some.

The bank draft of course is all part of the lawsuit against SCM, so not much can really be said about that right now.
