Finally, let's just hope that regulatory & law enforcement agencies don't spend more than a minute or two laughing at reports of these conspiracy concocted "criminal counterfeit electronic equity markers" before getting serious with the real problems.
Unfortunately, it's hard enough to get the SEC to actually do anything about even obvious scam issues, and that goes doubly for any otc scam. It is nice though to see that there does seem to be a renewed interest in stomping out microcap fraud at least in the Miami regional office.
Let's hope this spreads like a virus to the other offices.
I am pretty sure the kindling has been laid under the door step of the SEC and has had gasoline with a lighted torch and nothing since 2004? What makes anyone think that anything will change? The filings are all there. FFGO is revoked. FFGO doesn't matter anymore. The Class As & Bs are the key.. Watch and see, imo! SEC knows what the paper works says.. $258 mil smackers! Yup! Lets all sit back and wait.. :-)
