upside targets not yet met so staying 30% long. sold semis and moved proceeds to telecom. moved half of rut short to mid short. if we are up tomorrow it is likely i will be going net short at the close

Another of those close call decisions on the RSI exit. Made the choice to close positions in ProFunds but holding the Q's as I can exit them anytime.

As the close is 50.66, looks like I guessed right this time. Last time it was borderline the NDX dumped a bit in the last couple of minutes but it was too late for me. The next day was the real out at much better prices.

No great gains today but will be an ATH on the ProFunds account and YTD high in the IRA.
