If so, and I'm not saying it isn't, why is the stock still being traded and there hasn't been a filing made to announce a halting of trade of the stock or the company filing for bankruptcy?
I'm out more than $5,000 if what you say is true, but no particular surprise when there is no news on anything since the first of the year.
