I used to do that when I was your age. It gets more difficult as you acquire experience (among other things).

I'll probably get back into that summer reduction plan this year ~ we just put money up for 20 acres of Texas Oak thicket.

My back hurts already and I haven't even bought the 8N yet. Sure a lot of them out there around $3K or so. Gotta' build another durn trailer to haul it around on.
