So that's all we get? They "expect" the ex-dividend date to receive shares to happen on January 15th? They also "expected" it to happen in the 1st quarter of 2012 . The whole spinoff has been a complete let down as a long and holding ARYC through the fiscal cliff and market decline coming at the end and beginning of the year carries a very high risk . The only way ARYC moves up is with some type of partnership and/or marketing agreement by a reputable name like Quest Diagnostics. IMHO Will sit this one out on the sidelines for now .
