LOL! Yeah, I saw someone post that getting shares in certs would reduce the float and scare shorty into covering. I guess I should have told him that converting to certs wouldn't change the published float.
And yeah, I was a little premature in that "shorting against the box" post that I made. After I made that post I read the agreement and saw there's a "no shorting" clause in it.
Saw someone mention "short against the box " the other day .. few know that terminology ..
It is surprising more people don't know about it, considering how many penny stocks Cornell Capital aka YA Global funded over the years. Those guys made an art form out of it in almost every company they lent money to.
