Given the track record, dilution is the concern. I think that the company is actually work 20 times its market cap, but that 20x plus factor could be dwarfed by a wave of even greater dilution.
If I knew that the share structure would not change, I would be buying. Given the potential burn from the R/S and then the expansion of the A/S.
Not saying that the company cannot make this right for existing shareholders, but not saying that the company will make it right, either. Just sitting and waiting.
CGFI - Based on Scottrade the current market cap for CGFI is $508.3K. That comes to 293.577 ounces of gold at the current price of $1731.40 an ounce.
CGFI sure looks like an incredible buying opportunity to me!
