Trucker, I personally have serious doubts that the G's signed a document they didn't read, particular one that gave away a major chuck of the company in equity. It's just not their style and I don't believe for a minute that they would have taken such a contract in such a whimsicle manner. Just my opinion to later be proven right or wrong but I personally don't think this was a matter of "smarts" as you call it. Quite the opposite. I think someone else was trying to "outsmart" them and fell short....but that's what the court will decide.
Dyna's reasons for selling?? I have no problem with per se. You have to look at a company, read management, read the product offering, read the market reaction and need for that product, and if in your heart-of-hearts, all four align, you hold the buy or hold. If there is a weak leg or a leg missing or conditions change, you bail or you don't buy. I just find it interesting that dyna based his decision on personality factors since after having met first hand with the G's (the iHub Live! interview). Then again, he may have sold at a higher price than we are at today. He could buy back in tomorrow (or 30 days after his sell) and realize a lower basis, assuming the stock doesn't 'pop!' during that interval. None of us have a chrystal ball. We go on gut and instinct, don't we?
