71011, unfortunately you are wrong and as puppy stated, FFGO/WD can no longer file any 8K's and that is a fact.

if you would like further clarification on the requirements for filing 8ks for a revoked stock there are plenty on this board who can explain it.

Sorry, FFGO/WD is gone .. there will NEVER be any filings coming from FFGO ever again

When FFGO/WD decided to abandon the corporation after the they willing & knowingly allowed the SEC to revoke the stock. FFGO/WD lost their CIK number with Edgar. No filings of any kind can be made with Edgar with out a current corporation & CIK number and all current company information on file with Edgar

Revoked stocks still legally in business are a different story ..

Unfortunate for FFGO/WD share holders FFGO/WD management has willing & knowingly terminated all business ties with state and federal entities and decided to abandon the company and no longer exists a legal business in the USA

I repeat .. FFGO/WD can not nor will ever file anything with Edgar or the SEC again

FFGO/WD is gone and the past management will never ever be heard from again after running off with share holders money 2 years ago

Pick up the phone, email,write, or visit the company website and ask them about the fantasy divvy or Edgar filings
