You haven't said anything to that fact mani and I don't praise everything MSEP. you obviously don't read all posts, you pick and choose which things to read and not read, just as you pick and choose what and where your DD is focused.
Mani - I've done DD on Michael Wachholz. He has a judgement against him, as well as numerous people that claim he doesn't know how to deal with people in a business sense.
I am not going to take anything this man has to say to the bank. I do agree with him about one thing, "...the proof will ultimately come out..."
As an investor, mani, I am sure you will agree that anyone that is an insider in a company, like as a licensor of a product, should not be posting on message boards in any capacity.
BTW - I haven't talked to Dave in a long time, and have never spent hours on the phone with him. mani, your personal attack is being noted.
