We'll know soon enough. Debt holders will either begin a new round of selling or if this was the last tranche we'll likely break this range and begin moving up. I imagine Tony has kept the debt holders in the know. Something like 'we'll have our ducks in a row come november so you better load up'. But seeing that this would push us too close to the ceiling Tony pushed for a R/S so it still left room for deals -Vm-179/ D-bar and S.Tex.
