MJNA and Red Dice Holdings do not manufacture or sell any illegal products under federal law. They just own the Brand Dixie Elixirs and it is licensed to, manufactured and sold by Left Bank LLC which pays a royalty to MJNA for using the brand name. If Left Bank gets popped, MJNA will just license the brand to another company. MJNA's hands are clean according to state and federal law.
