Well, it might take as long as March 12 of next year for that liquidating dividend process to legally become impossible to continue...and subsequently die.

No announcement will be necessary.

With Bouse Gold Inc & South Copperstone Inc permanently dissolved as legal US corporations, their shares will vanish too.

NMGL will finally be able to get the FFGO monkey off it's back and will never have to cover their A&B Preferreds.

Whew.

That's just 4 months from now and it'll all be over.

Of course, that's still 4 months for someone to dream up an even more cockamamie way that the dividend can be paid.

Pull out those crayons, kiddies, and get workin'!

BTW, Seven...any luck in finding that link to this:

Dividend is still in play and still very much payable, as has been confirmed by the SEC.

I'm in no hurry.

I can wait 4 months, if necessary.

Tic Toc...for real.

who would you like the Doc's from? Why not call, email, write or visit the company web site and ask the people with FFGO about this fantasy liquidating dividend from a company no longer in business and with ZERO assets

OH Wait!

The only way any liquidating distribution ( no divided is possible ) could ever happen would be by the courts liquidating the corporation or the missing management team liquidating the corporations assets. FFGO stated they have no other assets except the mining stock. FFGO/WD transferred the mining stock to Ron@ NMGL for UNREGISTERED A & B shares to be paid based on NMGL selling 100% of the mining stock.

No agreement was completed. No sale of 100% of the stock by NMGL ever took place. The A & B shares were never registered by NMGL. FFGO never applied or set any dates for this fantasy divvy, NO divvy was ever issued.

There are ZERO assets in FFGO/WD .. there is nothing to liquidated

the company no longer exists

----------

if you still believe FFGO has assets .. please explain and tell me how, when and where the assets are and how we can verify such a statement from a company who no longer exists and the management is in hiding in So Africa and the United kingdom after running off with share holders money 2 years ago
