Exactly Goldman. Things have changed and now Wachholz is on the sidelines. He still gets his royalties under the consulting agreement which are 10%.

Wachholz is claiming in all his messages he is posting that all of these distributors and contacts he had are jumping ship now that he is not part of this, but I keep asking myself if he had such a good following then why would MSEP put him on the sidelines and why in the first place would he ever enter into this consulting agreement if he didn't need MSEP's help.
