First, I believe that at the time Unocal won, second, Unocal was competing with its other refiners, RMBS is not producing any DRAM, so it cannot have a monopolistic or trade restriction advantage. That is simply MU's lawyers (formerly with the FTC) tryin to win for MU what MU cannot get in the market place...
