You're right there, good time to accumulate since it looks like he won't take it under a penny. That appears to be some of our fellow traders selling a few for less and it's not many...not enough to wait on the lower prices.
Let's see if we still have that odd amount on the ask in the morning. That could be an indicator of an end in sight.
