I never said the authorized shares were part of the Float, The float is those shares that can be publicly traded, I also repeated restricted shares are NOT part of the float. Look again at the financials as to the float. Or if you all say 55,000 available is 9 percent of total shares outstanding, then how many shares is Mr Lenfest holding, ie the other 91 percent, add these together and that is the float.
