In an attempt to keep the conversation constructive.. Let's assume that Tom and Cheryl are really trying to do the right thing... Then, Tom can at least attempt to "Justify the Means" via "Dilution for Capitalization" of the Business.. Just like our buddy BW @ BBD_ had to do... The problem is.. If there are more than 3B RFMK shares floating around.. the PPS gets sucked into a "vacuum" that doesn't allow value to expand. This would make the job that Tom is trying to do far more difficult... If Cheryl actually had the Financial Backing that she PR'd... I would offer to Buy Back the Entire 1.5B Shares Outstanding at a premium to shareholders.. So lets offer 1.5B @ $.005 = $7.5M.. Everybody goes for it and Now RFMK owns all the shares right.... NO!!! Many Peeps are going to keep coming at them with their shares to sell... Why...cuz "All" the Brokerages have been "letting" their clients buy air instead of paper.. If really 5B Shares, that same $7.5M only gets shareholder $.0015 instead of $.005 IMSHO.. the Latter is a "HUGE" part of why RFMK PPS is what it is!!
