Correct but what I am pointing out is that the recent 10Q has a material event section that must disclose any relevant material events to shareholders and well there is nothing listed about the establishment of a subsidiary. As you know the ownership in such a sub has to be disclosed so that shareholders understand their ownership if any within that sub.
