There is no subsidiary, in accordance with Reg FD it would be disclosed already if such a subsidiary existed. It was a fluff PR and nothing more to sell more shares. The 10Q did not establish such a subsidiary nor was there ever an 8K filed to establish such a subsidiary. Such a material event is required to be disclosed in a filing.
