When there is a change in price that quickly it gets halted in order to determine if some funny business is going on or to investigate a possible news leak, etc. It was halted on the way down this morning and halted again when it went flying back up after the first halt when investors found out that no bad news was leaked.
How on earth they let these MM's get away with this is beyond me. What a wild ride! Cheers!
