There exists no subsidiary as by Regulation FD they were required to file an 8K of such a material event id it happened within 4 days of an announcement. As the recent 10Q disloses no subsidiary was formed as disclosed in the material event section. It was a fluff PR paid for by promoters when this was being pumped to .0008.
