He hasn't been paid for the shell because he didn't own it legally. He never purchased it, he assumed the role as CEO when Otto skipped town. He never legally established himself as owner which is why he has simply used it as a share selling vehicle wherein every "deal" somehow falls apart and then he rinses and repeats in some other form. Everything has done with this pos has been on the backs and out of the pockets of others. He has never risked or invested a thing, relying on his ability to con both friends and strangers. Now he has deployed a group of mouthpieces in order to paint himself as victim and hero. The facts are the facts and anyone with half a brain can sort them out. Others either get paid to ignore them or choose to.
