Lets use some common sense about it. There's been no additional talk from the company of any other orders. Do you think you can argue that a company who writes a PR anytime the CEO breaks wind is not going to publicly announce other orders? Second logical argument in addition to that point is: the amount of money that was estimated on a 12k order is far too close to what was booked to think it came from any other sales other than the 12k.
So yes, I feel more than confident that this money came from the 12k order announced back in July.

The company doesn't have to say whether it shipped or not to know whether it was. They book revenue according to the rules of accrual accounting. How we know his is because of the item titled "accounts receivable". Every time that item is found in a financial statement it's accrual accounting. Unlike cash accounting, revenue is recognized only when an order has been shipped and regardless if money has been actually collected.
