ICPA touched .05 twice about a month apart. It didn't spend much time there so not many shares were traded that high. Most shares traded around .03. We can be right back there in short order, less manipulation and more better Q. You can look at it through any eyes you prefer, exaggerated or not.
Did ICPA land higher than where it started? I think it did.
